Lupaia is a 12-room & suite boutique resort nestled in the hills of Tuscany. The resort was born when two Austrians left their international careers behind to run their own boutique hotel in this idyllic region.
Located on a private hilltop with 360° views of charming villages, vineyards, and olive groves, Lupaia offers a haven of tranquility and relaxation. Originally a traditional Tuscan farming estate dating back to 1622, it now operates as a luxury hotel while maintaining an atmosphere of privacy and seclusion for a small number of guests. What makes it even more unique is that this is also the owners’ home.
As managing owners living on the property, they are deeply committed to selecting brands that resonate with their style and philosophy.
