Came boxed as described, some inter box damage but no biggie. All parts packed properly. Have owned a Tivoli in my office for years, and decided to replace my Bose Wave, for the Tivoli with Bluetooth for the den. Great device, took a little while to figure out some configurations, manual was not helpful, went to internet. Everything fine, playing all over the house, or not. Love it!

It may be a great product. I do not know. The directions that come with the unit and those online are horrible.
